By posting content on Diswai, you grant Diswai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

8.3 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your original content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your intellectual property to Diswai.

9. Termination

Upon termination, you lose access to all paid subscriptions and Premium Content. Refunds are not issued for unused subscription time.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DISWAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISWAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

DISWAI'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DISWAI IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Diswai is not responsible for user-generated content, including Pro Member Premium Content. Views expressed by users do not reflect Diswai's views.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Diswai LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

• Your user content or conduct on the Platform

• Your use of or misuse of the Platform

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
