Prohibited Content Policy Summary

Diswai provides a platform where Free and Pro Members can create and share Premium Content that paying subscribers can access. To ensure a safe, legal, and respectful environment for all creators and subscribers, this Prohibited Content Policy outlines what is not allowed on Diswai.
⚠️ Violation of this policy may result in content removal, suspension of Free or Pro Member privileges, permanent account termination, and/or referral to law enforcement where applicable.
The following content is strictly prohibited:
Sexually Explicit Material – Any content depicting or describing sexual acts, genitalia, or sexual activity.
Pornography – Videos, images, or audio primarily intended for sexual gratification.
Sexual Services – Escort services, sexual encounters, or offers of sexual content in exchange for payment.
Sexual Violence/Exploitation – Content depicting, threatening, or promoting sexual violence, exploitation, or coercion.
Note: Educational content about sexual health or anatomy may be permitted if presented in a factual, non-gratuitous manner. Diswai reserves sole discretion to determine what qualifies as educational vs. prohibited content.
Content that violates any applicable law or promotes illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Child Exploitation – Any content involving minors (individuals under 18) in sexual or exploitative contexts will be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
Illegal Drugs – Content promoting, selling, or facilitating the use of illegal drugs or controlled substances.
Prescription Drugs – Content offering prescription medications without a valid prescription.
Firearms & Weapons – Content promoting, selling, or facilitating the sale of firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapon accessories.
Hacking/Malware – Content containing malware, spyware, viruses, or instructions for unauthorized computer access.
Stolen Goods – Content offering counterfeit goods, stolen property, or pirated materials.
Terrorism – Content promoting, supporting, or representing terrorist organizations or activities.
Diswai is committed to maintaining a respectful community. The following content is prohibited:
Hate Speech – Attacking, demeaning, or inciting violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
Harassment & Bullying – Intimidating, degrading, abusing, or creating a hostile environment for others.
Threats of Violence – Threatening physical harm, injury, or violence against individuals, groups, or animals.
Self-Harm & Suicide – Promoting, encouraging, or depicting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
Doxxing – Sharing private personal information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.) without consent.
Impersonation – Falsely representing another person, brand, or organization to deceive others.
Content that misleads, defrauds, or deceives subscribers is strictly prohibited.
Pyramid Schemes – Promoting multi-level marketing schemes where recruitment is prioritized over product sales.
Get-Rich-Quick Schemes – Promising unsubstantiated income claims or guaranteed profits.
Misleading Health Claims – Claiming miraculous cures for diseases without scientific evidence.
Fake News – Intentionally deceiving readers into believing false information as fact.
Phishing & Scams – Attempting to collect personal information fraudulently.
Fake Engagement – Artificially inflating metrics (subscribers, views, likes) through bots or deceptive practices.
Creators must only post content they own or have permission to use.
Copyright Infringement – Using copyrighted material (music, videos, images, text) without authorization.
Trademark Infringement – Using another company's trademark or logo without permission.
Counterfeit Goods – Promoting or selling fake/counterfeit products.
The following content types may be permitted but are subject to additional scrutiny. Creators should expect potential review delays or removal.

Diswai takes violations of this policy seriously. Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, enforcement actions may include:

| Illegal Content (CSAM, exploitation, etc.) | Immediate permanent ban; account frozen; reported to NCMEC and applicable authorities. |
Appeals Process: Creators may appeal enforcement decisions by contacting support@diswai.com within 30 days of notification. Appeals will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
Free or Pro Members using the Premium Content feature agree to:
Ensure all content complies with this policy before publishing.
Verify that all individuals depicted in content are over 18 years of age and have provided appropriate consent.
Maintain proof of age and consent documentation for any individuals featured in content.
Report suspected violations by other creators using Diswai's reporting tools.
Update content as needed to maintain ongoing compliance.

Diswai reserves the right to update this Prohibited Content Policy at any time. Free or Pro Members will be notified of material changes via email and/or platform notification. Continued use of the Premium Content feature after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
